If you're ready for a challenge, then the 6 day No Time To Weight Weight Loss Workout Plan may be right for you. It is a six week course, designed to get you to the next level. Your digital personal trainer, Rebecca Micich, has worked with many clients over the years who need to burn calories fast. She understands the extra effort you have to make to get past the last phase of your weight loss goals, in order to achieve your optimum weight. In the No Time To Weight Workout Plan, you will need to dedicate approximately 1 hour a day, 6 days per week, for 6 weeks. This weight loss workout plan combines components of all the latest research concerning weight loss; incorporating metabolic stimulating resistance training with interval training of cardio vascular exercises and dietary advice (contained in the 'My qfit' Knowledge Base). Instructions: Please view the videos and read the full instructions for this program before commencing. Choose your weights and adjust your equipment to suit you. The rest time is the same between sets and exercises. Start each exercise with a lower weight and increase it between sets. Always keep your shoulders down and back and keep your abs tight. As with all workout programs, it is important that you get clearance from your medical practitioner before starting. |
