This is based on how much effort you exert to perform every repetition of every exercise during your daily workout routine. A beginners intensity range has an RPE of about 65%. How do I get the most out of using qfit weight loss workouts? When working out to lose weight, it is vital that you elevate your heart rate during cardio-vascular exercise. You must also maintain perfect form for the non-cardio exercises that define your body shape. Your digital personal trainer will demonstrate every non-cardio exercise in video format to ensure you know what you're doing. You will also have full printed instructions to assist. At least twice a week, perform your cardio-vascular exercises in an interval training style. Interval training is a high intensity form of your cardio exercise and only needs a total of 25-30 minutes per day. On alternative days, moderate cardio exercise periods range from 45-60 minutes per day. Always stick to the plan. If working out to the plan becomes easy, update your plan. And watch what you eat.
