The U Rippa™ 5 Day Power Circuit body sculpting Workout Plan takes your body on a whirlwind trip as you rapidly work each upper body muscle group in four different ways on 4 different days, then give your legs a complete going over on the day that's left. The entire workout program lasts for six weeks. Circuit programs are known for their effectiveness, but they're not for the faint hearted and require serious commitment and dedication. Suitable only for people who have exercised for more than six months, this is a high intensity body sculpting program that is the perfect follow-on plan from any of our 6 day workouts, or a terrific step-up from 4 Day Hyper-Grow™ or 4 Day Shape-up™ Workout Plans. Instructions : Please view the videos and read the full instructions for this program before commencing. Choose your weights and adjust your equipment to suit you. The rest time is the same between sets and exercises. Start each exercise with a lower weight and increase it between sets. Always keep your shoulders down and back and keep your abs tight. |
