Our team of professional personal trainers have developed a range of gym workout plans and training programs for men and for women to use at any gym. We take the guesswork out of gym training and your fitness by guiding you every step of the way.

Even if you have a gym partner to assit you during your exercise routine, using a new workout plan every six weeks will ensure that your muscles continue to be worked in new ways, peaking performance, muscle stimulation, heart-rate and metabolism.

"Periodization training" is the technical term used for this approach. Used by health and fitness professionals all over the world, it forms the basis of the qfit personal training system too. We recommend that you change your gym workout plan every six weeks to optimise your results.

Be realistic. Set your goal, get the plan and stick to it.

Performing a structured gym training program requires dedication and focus to get the most out of it. Every qfit gym workout plan runs for six weeks. You will need to commit to exercising at the gym every week, for a minimum of three days per week to find success using the qfit system. 

For the more advanced gym "devotees", there are high intensity workout plans for up to six training days per week. You must be fully experienced at the gym and have plenty of energy to burn to perform these types of workouts. 

Choose the workout plan that corresponds with your minimum weekly commitment to visiting the gym. Ask yourself, "How many days a week do I get to the gym?" then answer it, setting a realistic target.  NB: There's no point having a desire to get to the gym six days a week if your lifestyle d oesn't currently support it. Be realistic in your time commitment before chosing a plan.

By paying for a qfit Workout Plan, you purchase your first 6 week workout and get access to all of the qfit Workout Plan including:

  • a video introduction on the program from our personal trainer explaining all you need to know about how to undertake your program
  • full videos of all the exercises, as well as detailed descriptions
  • downloadable file containing photos, diary sheets and workout information which you can print to take to the gym

After the first six weeks, if you then wish to continue, you can purchase a new program. If you decide not to update, you will still have access to your member area, however we reserve the right to limit the functionality of that membership.
