Every qfit workout plan runs for six weeks and comes with full video instructions. Download, store and replay the exercise video files on almost any video phone or video playback device. Now you can take your iPod, mp4 player, iPhone, Nokia, Blackberry or any other SmartPhone with you to the gym for your own "workout companion".
Don't want to take your phone to the gym? No worries - just print your workout plan and tailored workout diary to record your progress as you go. We've included all the exercise descriptions, still images and information you'll need to get the most out of your gym training routine.

After the initial six week period, continue to progress your fitness by choosing an alternative workout plan. This is called "periodization" training which ensures your muscles, metabolism and heart-rate continue to peak in performance, while your brain maintains motivation by being stimulated with something new.
All our 6-week workout plans cost less than $50, with prices varying according to the number of workout days dedicated to completing your chosen plan. And if you miss a day - no problem - our system is flexible enough to allow you to catch up in your own time without any consequence.
